Our very own, Robert “Bob” Brewster, was inducted into the Ohio Veterans Hall of Fame Class of 2016.  Bob who is from Cincinnati, OH, is a veteran of the US Air Force and served in the Vietnam War. The Ohio Veterans Hall of Fame seeks to recognize those Ohioans who have worn the uniform of this Nation’s Armed Forces, performed their military duties, and then continued to contribute to community, state and nation in an exemplary manner. These outstanding contributions may, for example, be in the areas of professional, civic, veterans’ advocacy, public service or significant contributions over the life of the nominee.

Bob has shown exemplary effort in continually contributing to his community over the years. Along with his years of service devoted to AFA, Bob volunteers at the Cincinnati VA Medical Center and recently received a Certificate of Appreciation for 15 years and 2,020 hours of voluntary service. In April of this year, Bob was named “Legionnaire of the Year” for Hamilton County for his service to the community. We would like to say congratulations to Bob for this amazing honor and we thank him for all of his service.
