Air Force Memorial Celebrates Veterans Day

The Air Force Memorial held a Veterans Day ceremony that was hosted by AFA and the Air Force Sergeants Association (AFSA) on Nov. 11. The ceremony included remarks by Denise Hollywood, AFA’s Executive Vice President and Rob Frank, AFSA’s Chief Executive Officer. The keynote speaker was Lt Gen Stayce Harris, Assistant Vice Chief of Staff of the Air Force. The ceremony honored all veterans past and present who have served in the armed forces. AFA laid a wreath in honor of all who have served in the Air Force and its heritage organizations.

AFA believes the nation should always make it a priority to recognize and honor our service members for their selfless service, which is why this Association will always advocate on behalf of veterans and the benefits earned through years of sacrifice and service.
